Analytics show how your documents are being read: how many views, from which countries, through which integrations and on which websites.
Where to find them
The Dashboard page shows the key figures of your organization. Each document also has its own statistics in the document detail. The retention of the history (for example 7, 60 or 90 days) depends on your plan.
What you can see
- Views over time — per day, for the period you choose.
- Total and unique views of a document.
- Countries — where your readers are.
- Visit detail — a paginated list of the latest visits of a document.
- Source (Silver plan and above) — which integration sent each visit: WordPress, Odoo, Drupal, Magento, PrestaShop, Shopify or custom.
- Top sites (Silver plan and above) — which websites embed your document the most.
How sources are detected
Plugins and SDKs send the headers X-LegalCloud-Source, X-LegalCloud-Site, X-LegalCloud-Plugin-Id and X-LegalCloud-Version when they request a document. If you build your own integration, send them to see it in the statistics (see Embedding documents in your app).
Reading statistics through the API
Statistics are also available through the API with a token that has the documents:read scope:
