The LegalCloud dashboard (https://dash.legalcloud.info) is the web interface for managing your documents, sites, resources, API tokens and team. This page gives you a tour of the main sections.
Top-level navigation
The left sidebar contains:
- Dashboard — your organization at a glance: key figures and recent activity.
- Documents — create, edit, publish and manage your legal documents.
- Resources — images and PDFs you can link to your documents (certifications, ISO seals, logos…).
- Sites — the websites where documents are published.
- Plans — your plan and the upgrade options.
- Downloads — WordPress plugin, Odoo module and SDKs (JavaScript, Python, PHP).
- Organization — organization data, team, API tokens, plan and billing.
- Support — open a ticket and follow the answers of the LegalCloud team.
What you see depends on your role: viewers can only read, editors can create and edit, admins can also delete and manage the team and API tokens, and the owner can do everything (see Managing members).
Dashboard
The first page shows the number of documents, sites and views of your organization, the usage of your plan and the latest activity.
Documents
The Documents section is where you spend most of your time. See Managing documents for the full guide.
- Documents list — all documents with their language, type, sites, status and last update.
- Filter — by site.
- New document — opens the editor.
- The page has two tabs: List and Languages (the languages your organization uses). Each document has a Configuration area (sites, visibility, countries, access token, colors) and a version history.
Resources
Upload images and PDFs and relate them to your documents. The section shows the space used and the limit of your plan.
Sites
A site is a destination where documents are published. Each site has a name, a URL, an optional logo and the documents assigned to it. You can create, edit and delete sites within the limit of your plan.
Plans
Compare the plans, see your usage and change plan. Payments are handled by Stripe and invoices are available in Organization → Plans & Billing.
Downloads
Download the integrations of LegalCloud: the WordPress plugin, the Odoo module and the SDKs for JavaScript, Python and PHP. Each download shows its version, requirements and SHA-256 fingerprint. Plugin installation guides are in Plugins overview and the SDK guides in SDKs overview.
Organization
The Organization page is organized in tabs:
- Organization — the data of your organization.
- Team — members, roles, invitations and the user audit.
- API — API tokens and the usage of your API quota. See Generating API tokens.
- Plans & Billing — plan, payment method and invoices.
- Danger zone — delete the organization (owner only).
Support
Open a ticket from Support. You will receive the answers of the LegalCloud team by email and in the dashboard.
